What is a subscription box?

A subscription box is a box that is delivered to your door each month (or every four months for the seasonal boxes) with assorted products inside.

What’s in the box?

It could be anything! It will always relate to the great outdoors – everything from a small pocket lantern to a straw that can filter contaminated water. Expect to find food, tools, clothing, maps, water bottles, and more in your Isle Box.

Who gathers all of this stuff?

We do! We are seasoned veterans accustomed to roughing it in nature. We spend hours and hours researching the best gear to help us in our endeavors. We will occasionally ask for help from other professionals, but for the most part we handpick the latest and greatest gear that we have deemed worthy of Isle Box.

How do I order this as a gift?

Simply select a different mailing address after you input your billing address on the Checkout Page.

How do I cancel my order?

Just navigate to the Log In page, find the subscription you want to cancel and press cancel. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail. You will need to log in with the account you created when you first ordered the subscription box. If you cannot figure this out, just e-mail info@IsleBox.com with your details and we can help you!

When am I charged?

When you order your first Monthly Box, you are charged right away. For your second and subsequent boxes, you will be charged on the 15th of each month. If you’ve ordered the Seasonal Box, you will be charged every 3 months: March 21st, June 21st, September 21st and December 21st.

*Note: we can offer a refund if you cancel before the cutoff date of 12th of each month or seasonal track mentioned above.

When does my Monthly Box ship?

Your Monthly Box will ship within 3 days of the 21st of the month, barring that the day falls on a weekend or holiday.

Monthly Box cutoff?

In order to get into your first round of the Monthly Box in the same month, be sure to place your order prior to the 12th of the month you’re ordering in! This way we will be able to ship you your box the same month you ordered your box in.

When does my Seasonal Box Ship?

Your first Seasonal Box will ship within one 4-5 days, UNLESS your order falls within a 2 week window before the start of a season. Just to clarify: if you were to order a box March 7-20th, we would wait and ship the Spring Seasonal Box on the 21st. This is so you can get the most relevant items for that Season and not be screwed out of your up coming Seasonal Adventures!

We will then ship the subsequent Seasonal Boxes on the 21st of the seasons: March 21st, June 21st, September 21st and December 21st. Think of it like Christmas every 4 months!

International Shipping

Sure, why not?! We want to work with people as much as we can. Right now we are currently shipping to Canada, EU member nations and Australia. However, the shipping unfortunately will not be free. If you’re shipping international and are having issues, drop us a line and we’ll get you taken care of.
