Let’s just get a few things out in the air: we’re sorry! We know it’s been crazy for a fraction of our customers, but none-the-less we simply want to clear the air with some customers receiving late boxes, weird boxes or simply put… not prompt service.
Unequivocally, we apologize.
Why are we sorry?
What were the delays for??
Why were orders out of whack??
Long story short, we recently moved our warehouse; and yes, we are a small business.
Our scope and size should be of no concern for you as a customer. Being completely honest and transparent, we shifted our warehouse from Detroit to Seattle, and we are finally getting settled.
What does this mean?
We are still a Michigan based business, all day every day.
We are still a registered Michigan business as well, just simply have our warehouse now in Seattle. Due to opportunities that were presented to us to cut costs on shipping for ALL of our customers, we decided to migrate shipping from Detroit to Seattle.
This means you are going to have even better dedicated product delivered. Better customer service. And oh… did we mention even better gear??? In short, this should not be an issue of concern. We are a very transparent company and want to constantly meet your expectations.
